Our client’s reality-focused hardware division is developing a new wave of wearables designed to transform how people connect, work, and play. This team is small but mighty, with just four members dedicated to launching and scaling a brand-new prescription e-commerce platform.
Role Overview
As the Digital Sales Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a digital catalog focused on prescription optical products sold directly to consumers. You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, sales growth, and the seamless fulfillment of customer orders through our client’s flagship platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of an e-commerce catalog for prescription wearables: order fulfillment, inventory control, listing accuracy, vendor services, and fraud resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure business alignment and execution.
- Implement scalable operational processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales performance and report on KPIs in partnership with the data analytics team.
- Forecast inventory, manage promotions, and contribute to marketing strategies.
- Champion operational excellence while enhancing the customer experience.
Must-Haves:
- 5 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, or business operations.
- Proven success managing digital sales catalogs and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (experience with Google Docs and spreadsheet tools).
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to communicate effectively across documents and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Background in prescription optical or consumer tech products.
- Familiarity with physical and digital sales distribution channels.
- Experience launching operational strategies from the ground up.
