About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Events Program Lead to join our dynamic Events Team, based in San Francisco. This role will focus on managing and optimizing the events program, with a key focus on space planning, vendor management, and delivering exceptional customer support. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of events and contribute to the success of our signature gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution : Oversee all aspects of event planning, including space planning, vendor coordination, and customer support under our Events as a Service (EaaS) program.
- Global Event Coordination : Ensure a consistent and efficient events experience across multiple locations, supporting both local and global initiatives.
- Space Optimization : Assist in the planning and preparation of event spaces, ensuring they are well-equipped and furnished for each event.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with internal teams to manage relationships with event vendors (caterers, transportation, rentals, etc.) and negotiate preferred pricing.
- Customer Support : Provide guidance to team leaders and onsite hosts to ensure smooth event execution, addressing any participant needs during events.
- Event Reporting : Track and analyze event performance, producing reports to assess success and identify improvement areas.
