Job Description:
Job Title – Field Technician III
Location – Greenfield, Indiana
Duration – Direct-Hire
Work Schedule –
1st shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm M-F
2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 1:30 am M-TH with 10-hour shifts
Working 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 10-hour days
***Include domestic and international travel of up to 20%.
Pay Range: $28 - $42 per hour on W2
Job Description:
- As the field technician, you will join our team of technicians based in Greenfield, Indiana delivering on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance and repair support to business aviation customers. This position will also on occasion report to our repair station shop located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Key Accountabilities:
- Disassemble, clean, re-assemble and repair engines and modules
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds and pass a required eye exam
- Use troubleshooting logic to identify defects in component or parts and access / use engine data materials such as AMM, EMM, IPC, etc.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) with 3 years of aircraft maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul experience, OR
- Associate degree with 2 years of aircraft maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul
- FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
