About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Coordinator III to join our People Support team. In this role, you will provide expert HR support to employees and managers across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, and Latin America. You’ll be handling a variety of employee-related inquiries and issues, ensuring efficient, confidential, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to employees and managers across different regions and departments.
- Ensure that all employee inquiries are addressed professionally and effectively, maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Communicate with employees via phone and email, addressing their concerns and determining the level of support needed.
- Resolve complex and sensitive issues using your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive company culture.
- Document all employee inquiries and track resolution outcomes.
Key Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (Spanish and Portuguese also preferred).
- 3 years of HR support experience or 4 years in customer service support with a solid understanding of HR systems and employee-related processes.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and empathetically communicate complex information.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high-quality support.
- Experience with MacOS is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
