We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll manage the logistics of candidate interviews, provide exceptional support to candidates and interview teams and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requisition Management : Create and maintain requisitions in our applicant tracking system to support recruitment needs.
- Interview Coordination : Handle scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews (both virtual and in-person), including confirmations, resume preparation, and in-person greetings.
- Candidate Communication : Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, informing them of their application status.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists to align on recruitment processes and contribute to team success.
- Process Support : Manage communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth interview experiences and hand-offs.
