IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support for enterprise software and hardware in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide phone, chat, and in-person support to end users, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Listen actively to understand technical issues and demonstrate empathy while working toward resolution.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assess, triage, research, and resolve technical problems related to enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations, including conflict resolution.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and proper escalation when needed.
• Offer guidance and training to end users on technology best practices.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• 2-5 years of relevant IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
