Russell Tobin's client, a leading national financial institution is seeking an International Banking Specialist. This is a hybrid role and is a 6 months contract with potential for extension.
Job Title : International Banking Specialist
Location : Portland, OR 97230
Hybrid Role : 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM PT, Monday-Friday)
Pay range : $23.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in wire investigation cases, including tracking wires, investigating transfers, and making corrections.
- Manage caseloads independently, running necessary entries, and communicating with clients as needed.
- Review and sign off on SWIFT messages for assigned cases.
- Regularly connect with customers via phone for case updates.
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with team members.
- Meet performance goals (200-300 cases per month) after initial training period.
- Operate multiple systems efficiently and multitask to meet deadlines.
