Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Live Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery experience, achieving a 100% delivery success rate. Your primary focus will be on engaging with delivery drivers to set clear expectations, address issues, and improve processes. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving problems, acting as a subject matter expert in our product and processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our service while working in a fast-paced environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to delivery drivers to communicate clear expectations and order instructions.
- Address ad-hoc Dasher issues with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Lead and execute workflows to ensure exceptional service levels (SLAs) are met.
- Identify operational trends and communicate findings to improve processes.
- Develop deep expertise in product knowledge, systems, tools, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve service quality.
- Provide strategic solutions and maintain high customer service standards.
