Operations Technician

Russell Tobin is seeking an Operations Technician to support our client in Green Bay, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the administrative and operations field.

Position : Operations Technician

Location : Green Bay, WI (On-site)

Duration : 12-week assignment (Full-time, 40 hours / week)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 – $19.50 / hour

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive and review incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed.
• Enter transactions into systems, verify accuracy, and balance general ledger accounts.
• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.
• Provide fast, effective, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banks.
• Prepare, edit, distribute, and correct specialized and complex documents.
• Provide reports on customer feedback and trends in product-related issues.
• Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency, recommending improvements to leadership as needed.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
