Job Title: Outside Sales
Location: Coachella Valley, CA (Palm Springs, Yucca Valley, Cathedral City)
Pay Rate: $22 - $27 /hour
Duration: 3 Months with the potential for extension
This contract position requires a commitment of up to three months, with potential for extension. The In-Person SDR will build relationships with restaurant owners, understand their business needs, and initiate the partnership process.
Responsibilities:
- In-Person Visits (60%): Conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners, building relationships and gathering business insights.
- Meeting Setup (20%): Engage with restaurant owners to schedule follow-up meetings with company representatives and generate interest in partnership opportunities.
- Information Gathering and Reporting (10%): Collect business details such as ownership structure, delivery needs, and existing competitor partnerships, and log them in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up and Administrative Work (10%): Conduct follow-up calls or emails and collaborate with the sales team to share insights and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build relationships with business owners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to generate interest in product offerings.
- Comfortable with travel requirements (up to 60-80 miles) and overnight stays.
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is preferred.
