What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Window World?
Window World of Riverside County is looking for a highly motivated and goal oriented Outside Sales Representative. Window World is the largest exterior remodeler in the United States, providing excellent energy efficient products backed by industry-leading warranties. Our Sales Reps have uncapped earning potential, tiered bonus pay, flexible schedules and are provided with hot leads from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home sales presentations with homeowners
- Maintain high close rate
- Remain up to date on product knowledge in order to answer homeowner questions
- Build rapport with potential customers
- Complete accurate on-site measuring of all products
- Fill out all necessary paperwork pertaining to each sale
Requirements:
- Financially driven and highly motivated individual
- Excellent communication with both the customers & Window World office
- Professional appearance & positive attitude
- Organized & able to turn in paperwork in timely manner
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to appointments throughout Riverside County
- 1 year of sales experience (industry experience not required)
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Compensation
- 100% commission
- Realistic earnings between $100k - $200k annually
