About the Project
Join our Fleet Response Team as a Program Manager and help shape the future of autonomous vehicle operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling and enhancing the team’s operational responses, ensuring top-tier vendor performance and readiness. Projects may span training, process improvement, program analysis, vendor management, and operational implementation.
Role Overview
As the Program Manager, you will lead the development and launch of new processes for Event Response operations, manage key programs through their full lifecycle, and drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional and vendor teams, track KPIs, and provide strategic insights to improve service quality and scalability.
Top Daily Responsibilities
- Define and launch scalable processes to enhance Event Response operations via vendor partnerships.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce operational defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve and execute vendor programs.
- Report operational health, identify and escalate issues, and deliver insights across forums.
- Track and own KPIs related to growth, staffing, and performance.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and execution plans for short- and long-term initiatives.
- Independently oversee cross-functional programs from inception through delivery.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align on program goals and progress.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 6 years of experience as a Program Manager
- Proven expertise in planning and executing programs using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Skilled in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and progress reporting
- Ability to build, lead, and support effective cross-functional and vendor teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma certification
