Summary:
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team as well as the People Accessibility's global vendor program to deliver scalable, global solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management support for key programs
- Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting
- Interact and engage with global vendors
- Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production on Webex
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion
