We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Wealth Management Resolution Plan Manager to lead the update of the Wealth Management (WM) portion of our 2025 Title 1 Resolution Plan. This critical role ensures the plan reflects organizational changes, supports the sale or divestiture strategy, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the refresh of the 2025 WM Title 1 Resolution Plan, updating content and supporting materials related to the Wealth Management business and sale package.
- Coordinate the actions of content contributors and manage the acquisition of data, ensuring all materials are up to date and aligned with current strategies.
- Document and analyze the operational baseline for in-scope personnel, technology, vendors, facilities, and intellectual property across WM front office and supporting Firmwide functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the separability of WM brokerage and US Bank businesses, supporting the divestiture process.
- Develop strategies for transferring personnel, vendor services, technology, and related contracts to potential buyers on day one after divestiture.
- Work with operationally and financially resilient MSEs to ensure the seamless execution of Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs), based on existing SLAs.
- Assess potential impediments, conduct legal risk assessments, and ensure the execution of the plan aligns with the ISG Solvent Wind Down process.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to Title 1 Resolution Plans and financial stress scenarios.
- Experience in Wealth Management operations, particularly in relation to divestitures, acquisitions, or strategic restructuring.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contribute to large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of clearly articulating complex processes and strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
***Pay Rate- $80-$81/hour
