Our Global Entertainment Client is Looking to Hire a Resource Coordinator for a ~6 MONTH HYBRID W2 CONTRACT

22-$30 / hr.

The Resource Coordinator will assist in operational projects relevant to the administration of Department produced events.

  • Will support Resource team on execution of existing policies and marrying them to processes
  • Will work closely with Resource team on assigning of personnel, payment submissions, accounting verification, and usage scheduling.
  • Data entry for policy and / or process submission and verification (as assigned by Resource Managers).
  • Process and track all vendor applications and submissions and payments.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least one (1) year of related technical, data entry and procurement in Remote Broadcasting.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, including voice and email communication.
  • Maintains strong communication flow with peers.
  • Basic computer experience with a proficiency in Windows based PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Has a basic understanding of technical remote positions, their functions, responsibilities, and necessary skills
  • Candidate must be able to react in a timely manner against all assignments.
  • Some scheduling experience would be beneficial
  • High school diploma
