Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively within designated emerging markets to engage with local restaurant owners and secure new partnerships.
- Promote and sell the benefits of our platform to restaurant owners, negotiating partnership agreements and revenue share terms.
- Execute a high-volume, transactional sales cycle to close new business within short timeframes.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, leveraging various sales tools and resources to enhance deal-making success.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy in emerging markets through relationship-building and sales techniques.
- Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexibility.
- Work Environment: Primarily field-based with occasional home office setup. Requires travel and in-market presence at least 50% of the time.
- Equipment: Company-supplied laptop; personal vehicle use required with mileage reimbursement.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent placement after the temporary period.
- Lead Generation: Leads provided by the company.
- Base salary plus commission for each new restaurant partnership, after achieving a minimum number of partnerships.
- Monthly commission capped at $1,750.
- 2.5 years in a closing sales role or a related field with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to rural and emerging markets.
- Skilled in both inside and outside sales techniques with a strong strategic mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in developing scalable strategies and sales playbooks.
- Background in pipelines, negotiation, and outside sales preferred.
- Remote Work: Yes, with significant travel requirements.
- Project: This role is part of a special project within the Marketplace Business Unit
