Supply Chain Analyst – Drive Operational Excellence with a Global Innovator!

Location : Seattle, WA

Schedule : Monday - Friday, Standard 1st Shift (OT potential in the first quarter)

Duration : Contract (18 months, with potential for extension)

Work Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay Range : $26-$28 / hour

What You’ll Do :

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and reduce waste.
  • Develop solutions to operational challenges across a global network.

Data & Operational Management

  • Oversee material allocations and inventory data validation for high- and low-volume components.
  • Create and manage advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel to optimize supply chain decisions.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation to support training and operational references.

    • Collaboration & Vendor Engagement

  • Work with suppliers to manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure compliance with forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

    Top Skills & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Experience : 3 years in supply chain management or related fields.
  • Technical Proficiency : Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with global logistics and automation systems.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
