Position Title : Support Analyst / Data Entry

Location : Mason, OH 45040 (Onsite)

Duration : 03 Months with the possibility of extension

Pay Rate : $20.00 - $21.42 per hour

Schedule : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (Flexible)

Job Description

The UM Support Analyst will be responsible for providing administrative and data entry support for UM (Utilization Management) prior authorization requests. This includes working within various systems such as Facets, Filebound, and Jira, managing outbound notification calls to providers and members, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the UM prior authorization process by entering and updating data in relevant systems.
• Utilize Facets, Filebound, and Jira to process and track authorization requests.
• Perform outbound notification calls to providers and members to relay important information related to authorizations.
• Ensure that all work adheres to compliance and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for auditing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues related to prior authorizations.
