Job Title: Technical Support

Location: New Carlisle, IN

Duration: 6 months

Rate : $20 to $26/hr on W2

Job Description

• Provides technical support to end users on a variety of hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
• Responding to requests via phone, email, and in person
• Documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution

This role may require:

• An associate's degree in a related area
• 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the IT support field
• Ability to follow established guidelines under close supervision
