Job Description
- Provides technical support to end users on a variety of hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Responding to requests via phone, email, and in person
- Documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution
This role may require:
- An associate's degree in a related area
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the IT support field
- Ability to follow established guidelines under close supervision
