Contract: W2, 6- Months
Location: Reading, MA 01864, Onsite, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm ET)
Pay Range: 52-55/hour based on experience
Job Summary:
The Training Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing training initiatives within the organization. This role oversees all aspects of training programs, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. The ideal candidate will develop training materials, arrange sessions, and collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Additionally, they will evaluate training outcomes, track employee progress, and provide reports to upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage multiple training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain training content, leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Coordinate training schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor program effectiveness.
- Track employee progress and evaluate training outcomes to enhance program efficiency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure quality knowledge transfer.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple training events.
- Provide reports to upper management on training initiatives and employee performance.
- Continuously assess and improve training methodologies, especially for technical and manufacturing roles.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in training coordination, corporate learning, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in managing multiple training events and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in training content development and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees on job training.
- Excellent project management skills with strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with modern job training methods, preferably within manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Creativity, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
