We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen and continue to bring our cuisine to life. Nestled in the quaint downtown of Menasha, we are a hidden gem specializing in scratch-made dishes along with a flair for the plant-based option, and a big city vibe dining experience. In the summertime, many enjoy the live music on our rooftop lounge where they will enjoy a craft cocktail and a tantalizing appetizer.
As our Head Chef, you will lead our talented kitchen staff to maintain the highest of standards and quality, consistency, and creativity. You will have the opportunity to design specials, develop new menu items, and put your personal stamp on our cuisine. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, cost management, and an efficient, high-energy kitchen.

Lead & Inside - Manage and mentor a hardworking team, fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and passion for food.
Menu & Culinary Creativity - Oversee menu execution, develop innovative daily specials, and ensure top-notch quality in every dish.
Scratch-Made Excellence - Maintain high standards in our kitchen, ensuring adherence to recipes, prep lists, and proper techniques are utilized.
Operations & Cost Control - Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction to ensure efficiency and profitability.'
Scheduling & Staffing - Create effective schedules that align with business needs and maintain labor budgets.
Catering & Special Events - Lead kitchen operations for private events and special occasions, delivering an unforgettable experience for guests.
Leadership - Team players willing to work alongside teammates in the kitchen.
Vibes & Customer Satisfaction - Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service, happy guests, and a kitchen that thrives in our lively, energetic atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience leading a full-service kitchen
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Passion for scratch-made cuisine, plant-based, and high quality ingredients

-Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, ordering and scheduling
