Inside Sales Representative with Graphic Design Skills
Rustic Marlin is looking for a dynamic and creative Inside Sales Representative with Graphic Design Skills to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is both customer-focused and design-savvy, with a passion for helping clients bring their ideas to life. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the sales process.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both direct consumer and wholesale customer, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Assist in managing inbound inquiries, processing orders, and following up with customers to drive sales.
- Proactively sell to current wholesale customers educating them on top sellers, product customizations and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate their ideas into compelling pieces in coordination with the design team.
- Support the design team in a variety of production projects from customer proofing, web site image generation and file organization to prepping files for production.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, designs, and order specifications.
- Support marketing, sales and management teams as needed.
