Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy National Sales Manager to lead the strategic direction of our sales organization and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with ownership to develop aggressive yet achievable targets and ensure we exceed customer expectations across all channels. Key Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy & Vision: Set the strategic vision for the company’s sales focus, driving revenue and profitability across all divisions and channels.
· Revenue & Profitability Targets: Develop and achieve aggressive revenue and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
· Customer Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, while continuously seeking new business opportunities to expand market presence.
· Sales Productivity: Oversee and improve the effectiveness of the sales organization, including setting quotas, analyzing performance, and developing incentive programs.
· Competitive Analysis: Regularly review the competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities and potential threats to inform sales strategy.
· Customer Support: Ensure excellent customer service by supporting customers throughout the order process and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications & Skills
· 10 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within the home decor or gift industry.
· 3 years at a senior management level, with a track record of managing multiple sales channels.
· Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and competitive marketplaces.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong, strategic customer relationships.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Strong attention to detail and experience with product launches, customer engagement, and in-store merchandising.
