Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, and creating qualified leads for the sales team. You will play a critical role in driving company growth and expanding our customer base.
Research and identify potential clients through online sources, databases, and other prospecting tools
Reach out to leads via cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining if our solutions align with their goals
Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
Maintain detailed records of outreach and prospect interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies
Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly goals and KPIs
Participate in sales training sessions to continue developing product knowledge and sales skills
Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activities to help improve sales strategies
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
