What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Rusty Cup Astoria?
In preparation for the busy summer, we're looking to add one more barista to our team. Three shifts per week, 12-20 hours a week.
Must be able to:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Create high quality drinks based on customer requests
- Inventory and stock espresso/coffee items
- Perform closing and cleaning duties
-Operate Square POS
- Work independently
Previously barista experience is HIGHLY preferred, but we will train the right person. $16 hourly wage start, increases based on performance. Very generous customer tips.
