- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and account management practices.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
