Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Managing Director for the Workplace Justice Lab@RU at the School of Management and Labor Relations.
Among the key duties of the position are the following :
- Works with the Faculty Director of the Workplace Justice Lab @RU in the School of Management and Labor Relations to lead strategic development, growth, and planning for the Center.
- Oversees the setting and implementation of goals and provides daily leadership, direction, and coordination for the Center.
- Works with key staff to coordinate strategic communication, fundraising, training, and staff team building and management.

Annual Mid Range Salary : 115559.00
