Position Overview
The Managing Director of Property Management is a dynamic leadership role focused on expanding and managing the property management business within the Texas market. The position is focused on business strategy, securing new third-party clients, and acquiring new properties (industrial, office, retail, and medical sectors). The primary focus is to drive revenue, strengthen the company's presence in the market, and continually grow the client base while providing leadership and guidance to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (70%)
- Develop and implement business strategies to acquire new clients and properties across industrial, office, retail, and medical sectors.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring successful contract negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze business performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet revenue and growth objectives.
Team Management and Operations Oversight (30%)
