About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Neurosurgery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
Main Duties
- Assessing patients' needs and developing effective treatment plans.
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey or be licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of New Jersey.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inpatient, acute care, and neurosurgery settings.
- Certifications in CDS, DEA, BLS, and ACLS are required.
