SEASONAL POSITION
The purpose of this classification is to assist Extension personnel with the management of the Rutherford County Farmer's Market and other activities associated with General Public Use of the facilities available for rent at the Lane Agri-Park Office Complex and Rutherford County Agricultural Center. A flexible work schedule will be maintained with a requirement of 15-20 hours per week during the market season and only 10-15 during the off season. The market program assistant answers directly to the Extension Director since the market operation is a (Community Economic Development) component of the overall Extension Program
