QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Or 10 plus years relevant experience in education or HR field.
Possess strong interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively with a wide range of people including applicants, administrators, teachers support staff, and other community members.
Able to organize multiple priorities and work on flexible schedule.
Able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Able to take direction, work on a team or independently.
Must meet all health, physical and background check requirements.

Strong written and verbal skills.
