As the Influencer and Social Media Manager for Ruti.com, you will play a key role in defining, executing, and evolving the social media and influencer marketing strategies that elevate the brand’s presence and drive engagement across key platforms. You will oversee and manage the development of creative campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content strategies that resonate with our target audience. The role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and measurable business growth through strategic social media and influencer marketing efforts.

You will work closely with internal teams (Design, Retail, Digital, and Creative) to ensure seamless integration of social and influencer programs into broader marketing initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute high-impact campaigns and ensure maximum ROI from influencer and social media marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop & Execute Influencer Strategy : Define and implement an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives, with a focus on authenticity, community building, and measurable impact.
  • Influencer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key third-party agencies to drive meaningful partnerships and amplify brand storytelling.
  • Influencer Sourcing & Negotiation : Identify and engage with relevant influencers for campaigns, negotiating contracts and deliverables that ensure maximum ROI while maintaining strong influencer relationships.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance : Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring high-quality content, timely delivery, and alignment with brand goals. Continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Influencer Program Growth : Collaborate with the team to grow and scale the brand’s influencer marketing program, exploring new opportunities to innovate and engage with emerging talent and platforms.

Social Media Strategy & Content Development

  • Social Media Strategy Development : Lead the development and evolution of Ruti's social media strategy across key platforms ensuring content resonates with the unique features and audience of each channel.
  • Platform-Specific Content Planning : Oversee the creation and curation of platform-tailored content that stays true to the brand’s voice while maximizing the strengths of each social channel. Ensure all content reflects brand aesthetics, tone, and key messaging.
  • Community Building & Engagement : Foster vibrant and engaged communities on each social platform by developing content that sparks conversation, encourages user-generated content, and builds long-term brand affinity. Actively engage with followers to maintain a strong, positive presence.
  • Trend Monitoring & Adaptation : Stay on top of platform-specific trends, challenges, and content formats to ensure Ruti remains culturally relevant and adapts quickly to new social media dynamics.
  • Measurement & Optimization

  • Data-Driven Insights : Utilize social media and influencer marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Develop robust measurement frameworks to assess the impact of social media and influencer efforts on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Performance Reporting : Regularly evaluate campaign results and provide post-mortem analysis to optimize future strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
  • Content & Campaign Management : Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation. Experience with influencer contract negotiations, campaign management, and performance optimization.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Proficiency in social media and influencer marketing analytics tools, with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creativity & Innovation : Ability to think creatively and drive innovative social media and influencer campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Team Management : Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for Fashion : Understanding of the fashion industry and trends, with a strong passion for creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
