What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mathematics Teacher position at Rutland High School?
Rutland High School seeks an energetic mathematics teacher to serve Rutland High School’s learners and join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be well versed and ready to implement the Common Core State Standards. Applicants should be willing and able to teach a wide range of coursework, including integrated math. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content as well as technology integration and STEM principles. Desired are a background in Proficiency Based Learning and instructional strategies that support brain-based learning concepts. Very importantly, we seek an individual who can enter a collaborative partnership with colleagues, one who is willing to participate actively in a professional learning community to support the education of all students.
