Rutland City Public Schools is seeking an educator to provide direct instruction, case management, and support to students in grades 3-6. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with academic, behavioral and developmental challenges. The applicant must be able to work collaboratively as part of student-centered teams and have knowledge of special education procedures and behavioral support plans.
The applicants must have earned a bachelor’s degree and hold a VT license in special education or be willing to work toward certification.
Rutland City Public Schools offer a competitive salary, a generous benefit package, and the opportunity to participate in the Rutland City Pension Plan. A Vermont license is necessary. This position begins on August 20, 2025.
