What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Platform Analyst position at Ruvos?
Ruvos is hiring a 1099, contractor to partner with our client as a Power Platform Analyst in Tallahassee, FL.
This scope of work is to implement an Internal Communication and Task Management Kiosk System using Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools. This system will consist of kiosks with dynamic displays providing real-time updates on internal communications, task progress, and important deadlines. The project aims to streamline workflow and improve productivity by ensuring that departmental staff have instant access to essential.
The Power Platform Analyst will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Use Microsoft’s Power Apps to create a custom interactive kiosk application using multi-screen setups.
- Develop real-time dashboards using Power BI that can be displayed on interactive kiosk.
- Develop Power Automate for workflow automation to drive process of updating the content display on interactive kiosk. Setup event-driven triggers for automation.
- Centralized content management using SharePoint as the back-end data repository.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of demonstrated experience with implementing, administering, and using Microsoft’s Office 365.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience with implementing identified architectural solutions primarily involving Microsoft’s Power Platform.
- 3 years of experience developing applications with Power Platform, including both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience conducting and participating in code reviews.
- Demonstrate collaborating with business stakeholder to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
