Description
As a Parts Manager, you would be responsible for managing an efficient and profitable Department. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring the correct part is available the first visit, controlling costs, maintaining good employee relationships, and maintaining department records.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve all issues in parts department and ensure achievement of all short- and long-term objectives.
- Maintain all warranty claims and assist in all changes and coordinate with vendors for all shipping delays to ensure compliance to time.
- Manage all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders.
- Parts Inventory
- Work with Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

- High School Diploma
- Parts Department Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Stability in Past Employment
