Description
Our Shop Forman plays one of the most critical roles in the dealership, providing leadership in the shop and ensuring that our customer’s RV's are maintained and repaired properly. The position is responsible for managing the flow of work going into and coming from the shop. The number one objective is to get parts installed on units daily. Managing the morale of the shop by fairly distributing and dispatching work to the most qualified technician available to meet the customer’s time frame and expectations. Maintaining a clean, professional and safe work environment that meets all State and OSHA requirements.
