About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible, hands-on RV Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV park. This is a live-on-site position, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is self-motivated, and has basic handyman skills. The right candidate will manage the property, handle guest relations, and perform light maintenance as needed to ensure a great experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out
- Facilitate park tours for prospective residents
- Oversee park cleanliness, landscaping, and general upkeep
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Enforce park rules and maintain a safe environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Report to ownership regularly with updates and needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.26 - $18.08 per hour
