Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient front office assistant to join our team at Junius Ponds Cabins & Campground, a popular family destination in the Five Finger Lake area. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries and complaints, and support the daily operations of our park. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with the RV life experience, and have a passion for providing excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs.
- Monitor bookings, process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our reservation system.
- Answer phones and respond to emails, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office.
- Provide guests with information about the park amenities, activities, and local attractions.
- Assist with park store, laundry facilities, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all park policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working familiarity with MS Office, Teams, email, and comfortable learning new technology.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, including reservations systems, preferred. We use Newbook!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
