Anesthesia Technician – Contract
Location: Rochester, NY

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Anesthesia Technician for a 13-week contract at a leading medical facility in Rochester, NY. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced surgical environment.
Position Overview:
As an Anesthesia Technician, you will assist anesthesia providers in the preparation and maintenance of anesthesia equipment and supplies, ensuring smooth operations in the surgical suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and calibrate anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment
- Prepare and maintain sterile supplies and medications for anesthesia procedures
- Assist with patient positioning and transport before and after anesthesia
- Monitor equipment and assist during procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized anesthesia work area
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Anesthesia Technician or in a related healthcare role
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and sterile techniques
- BLS certification required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
