Healthline, the leading source of health and wellness information, is looking for a Product Manager to own the product strategy and delivery of new article templates and tools. Our goal is to deepen engagement with our users living with chronic conditions and offer them the information and personalized guidance they need to live stronger, healthier lives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and optimize article templates and tools, such as interactive Recipes, Guides, Test Result Analyzers, Macronutrient Calculators, Meal Planners and more!

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify opportunities for new article templates and tools based on audience needs, user behavior data, business strategy, competitive analysis, and emerging trends in digital health media.
  • Partner with product marketing, editorial and lifecycle marketing teams to create product proposals for new article templates and tools, defining the scope, approach, and goals.
  • Develop a prioritization framework and roadmap for creating and refining article templates and tools to improve user engagement and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with product designers and developers to build article templates and tools, developing and documenting requirements and driving efficient product delivery.
  • Ensure products are mobile-first, accessible, and optimized for search engines.
  • Model and forecast expected product performance to inform prioritization.
  • Analyze test results and overall product performance post-launch, in order to validate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sessions, time on page, return visitor rate, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure stakeholders know what's on the roadmap, understand prioritization, and are included in strategic planning and product discovery.
  • Present product performance data, strategic objectives, roadmaps, test results and learnings to leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 years of experience in product management, preferably in a consumer-focused role at a content-driven and/or digital media company.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing templates or tools that enhance user engagement.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and/or analytics tools like Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, SEO best practices, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus.

  • Starting Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
  • Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
