Job description
Job Purpose:
To bring customer value through education, sourcing products, and selling goods to wholesalers or businesses. Work requires substantial knowledge of items sold and close supervision.

Essential Functions:
With Direct Supervision
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Estimate or quote prices and delivery dates.
- Take and fulfill customer’s orders and requests
- Performs daily maintenance of the delayed order file.
- Rotate to the warehouse when customer demand requires it.
- Take payments from customers using current technology.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, warehouse, and pro shop to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Without Direct Supervision
- Stock the Pro Shop
- Clean the Pro Shop
- Attends all branch meetings
