Job Purpose:
The FloorMade Craftsman is responsible for the precise assembly and finishing of stair nosings and related components using high-quality flooring materials. This role demands a blend of technical skills in woodworking and an understanding of manufacturing processes, requiring both independence and teamwork.

Essential Functions
- Electrical saws and routers are used to trim and shape wood products after milling.
- Sand wood products for filling.
- Fill and caulk wood products for finishing.
- Finish woodworking products with paint and wood finishes.
- Assemble wood products using pneumatic nailers.
