Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Growth to spearhead our expansion efforts in the tokenized assets ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both institutional and retail markets. Working closely with product, marketing, and business development teams, you will position RWA.xyz as the go-to platform for tokenized asset analytics, driving brand awareness and adoption in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across institutional and retail channels.
• Execute Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including SEO, social media, and content marketing, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with product-market fit and broader business goals.
• Partnership Building: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and the crypto community, to expand RWA.xyz’s market presence.
• Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in blockchain, tokenized assets, and fintech to ensure RWA.xyz remains a leader in the space.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or high-growth technology sectors.
• Proven Success: A demonstrated history of driving significant growth in a startup or fast-paced environment, with experience scaling products or services from inception to widespread adoption.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, performance dashboards) to inform and optimize strategies.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, content creation, and social media management.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain technology, tokenized real-world assets, and the crypto ecosystem.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
