DESCRIPTION: Independently leads completion of the mechanical assembly of machines per RWC's and customer's specifications including final set-up. Communicates with Customers, Engineers, Program Managers, and others during the course of the project. Coordinates and directs the work of others while acting in a leadership role. Operates all machinery associated with mechanically building and piping of equipment.

- Must possess and practice knowledge of basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to all application software that is required for the Company's operations in the machine build assembly process.
- Must possess knowledge and ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical and fluid power drawings pertaining to the job.
- Must have proven leadership skills.
- Must be able to travel independently to and from customer's job sites to meet the customer's requirements.
