- Collaborate, coordinate, and assist Senior Interior Designers and Project Architects with p roject tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, 3D models/ renderings for presentation materials to communicate design proposals effectively.
- Create space plans, furniture layouts, and interior architectural details.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development.
- Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for each project.
- Prepare material boards, samples, and documentation to present design selections to clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to source and procure materials.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations showing millwork and power/data, floor and wall finish drawings, sections and details.
- Provide specifications and schedules for interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in the construction documents.
- Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent and specifications.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional design solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and meetings to present design concepts, progress updates, and final design deliverables.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide post-project support and assistance as needed.
