Job Overview :
RWJBH is seeking a highly dedicated Director of Cardiac Catheter Lab. The Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Physiology departments is a Registered Nurse (RN) with the knowledge, skill and competence in the field of invasive cardiac nursing. The Director utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to facilitate optimal patient care. The Director demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the cardiac patient population.
Required Qualifications :
- BSN required
- Masters degree in a related field required (e.g. Healthcare Administration)
- Minimum three (3) years relevant clinical experience with cardiac population required
- Minimum two (2) years in cardiovascular leadership required
