RWJBarnabas Health Corporate Services is seeking a skilled Medical Record Analyst Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of medical record analysts in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient data within our EMPI.
The successful candidate will possess a strong leadership background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They will also have experience working with various hospital information systems, including EPIC, HPF, Star, 3M, Cerner, Optimum, SCM, etc., with a focus on resolving duplicate medical record numbers.
The Medical Record Analyst Lead will oversee the analysis and identification of root causation of data discrepancies and ensure that all issues are brought to the Director of Data Integrity immediately. They will also participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development and implementation of new products and systems.
