Job Overview:
The Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of all intra/interdepartmental communication between the facility and the Central Business Office (CBO).
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, technology or related concentration preferred
- 1-3 years experience in healthcare operations or accounting/financial practices
- Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Essential Functions:

- Acts as an intermediary between the facilities and the CBO to resolve and monitor issues and performance so that the revenue cycle is achieving established goals.
- Participates in the achievement of strategic goals and indicators of revenue cycle success.
- Motivates CBO and facility departments to achieve established goals and to maintain best of the best processes.
