Job Overview:
The Patient Navigator, in addition to all tasks required in pulmonary rehabilitation, supports the cardiology and neurology outpatient departments. Responsibilities include filing, data entry, follow-up calls and other tasks as required in ECHO, EKG, EEG and EMG to assist with support and navigation of patients and doctors calling for scheduling or information.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred)
- BLS Required
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day Shift
- Part-Time
